Laravel development, maintenance and upgrades

CodersDuniya builds new Laravel applications and takes over existing ones — fixing bugs, upgrading old Laravel and PHP versions, and speeding up slow apps. A written code audit costs ₹12,000, new Laravel builds typically cost ₹1.5–5 lakh, and ongoing support starts at ₹8,000/month (all plus GST).

Who this is for

  • Businesses whose original developer has left
  • Teams stuck on an old Laravel or PHP version
  • Companies that need a Laravel API for a mobile app or React front-end
  • Agencies that need white-label Laravel help

Problems this solves

The original developer left

No documentation, nobody who understands the code. We read it, document it, and keep it running.

Stuck on an old version

Old Laravel/PHP versions stop getting security fixes. We upgrade step by step, with tests.

Pages take seconds to load

Slow queries, no caching, heavy pages. We measure first, then fix what matters.

You need a new feature fast

Payments, APIs, a mobile backend — added without breaking what already works.

What we build and do

New Laravel applications

Admin panels, portals, CRMs and booking systems.

Laravel APIs

For React/Next.js front-ends and mobile apps, with authentication and documentation.

Code audit

A written report on security, performance and risk, with a prioritised fix list.

Version upgrades

Old PHP and Laravel moved to supported versions, one step at a time.

Performance fixes

Query optimisation, caching, queues and server tuning.

Monthly maintenance

Fixes, backups, monitoring and small features.

Why CodersDuniya

Honest fix-vs-rebuild advice

Rewrites are risky and expensive. We recommend one only when it's genuinely cheaper over time.

Years of PHP and Laravel experience

Our founder builds and teaches PHP/Laravel, so legacy code doesn't scare us.

Technologies we may use

LaravelPHP 8MySQLPostgreSQLRedisLivewireInertia

We work with the Laravel you have — Blade, Livewire or Inertia — rather than forcing a rewrite.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Access

Read-only access to code and server. We sign an NDA if you need one.

  2. Step 2

    Audit

A written report: what's risky, what's slow, what to fix first.

  3. Step 3

    Stabilise

Backups, error tracking and urgent fixes before anything new.

  4. Step 4

    Improve

Upgrades and features in small releases you approve.

Common questions

Should we upgrade or rewrite our old Laravel app?

In most cases, upgrade. A step-by-step upgrade keeps the business running and costs less. A rewrite makes sense only when the code is so tangled that every change breaks something else — our audit tells you which case you're in.

Can you take over an application another developer built?

Yes. That's one of our most common projects. We start with a paid audit so we both understand the code before committing to anything bigger.

Laravel or Node.js for a business application?

Laravel is excellent for data-heavy business apps with admin panels, reports and forms. Node.js is better for real-time features like chat or live tracking. Both are solid; the team that will maintain it matters most.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes. We can review code, handle specific modules, or add capacity for a few months.

Have an existing Laravel application?

Send us what's wrong. We'll tell you honestly whether to fix, upgrade or rebuild.
