This policy explains what personal information CodersDuniya ("we") collects through https://pushkarji.tech, why, and your choices. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation and consent.
What we collect
- Information you send us: name, phone, email, business name and project details you enter in our forms or send by WhatsApp or email.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, referring website and campaign (UTM) tags, stored with your enquiry so we know which channels help people find us.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) using cookies.
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address, kept briefly to block spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To understand which pages and channels are useful, so we can improve the website.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a secured database (Supabase) with access limited to our team. Emails may be processed by our email provider. These providers act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and the information is needed for the project or legal records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@codersduniya.com. We respond within 30 days.
